Pine River-Backus Community Education Refund Policy
Refunds will be given in full for any class canceled due to minimal enrollments, unforeseen weather issues and inability to re-schedule the class, OR if participant cancels at least a week before the class start date. If participant cancels due to illness, a voucher in the amount of the class missed will be issued for use with a future class.
Weather Cancellation
If the PRB School District closes due to bad weather at any time, the Community Ed classes & activities are also canceled for that day. If inclement weather begins later in the day, a decision will be made by 2:00PM regarding cancellation. Tune in to local radio stations: WJJY (106.7 FM), KLKS (104.3 FM), or KTIG (102.7 FM).
